EmilyStrange.com's Domestic (US) Return Policy

Merchandise purchased domestically from EmilyStrange.com can be returned for refund or exchange (excepting any item that is listed on our website and/or your invoice as ‘All Sales Final’) within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. All merchandise received for return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. Returns or exchanges received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Step 1.
Within 10 days of receiving your order, e-mail shop at emilystrange.com to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.

Step 2.
Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be routed to the returns department. All packages without an RA# number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your RA information is issued.

Step 3.
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.

Step 4.
You may expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.

The Return Postage Issue:
You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail or telephone using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.

EmilyStrange.com's International Return Policy

Items sent back to us must be declared as "warranty replacement" on customs forms. If we are charged import fees upon receipt of the item, the package will be refused and return services will not be completed. International returns or exchanges received in unacceptable condition will not be returned and no refund will be issued. Sorry - we cannot perform international exchanges - only returns.

International Orders

We offer international shipping options from Unites States Postal Service (USPS) :

When you choose the USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International services, time in transit will be an estimated 1-4 weeks. You will receive an e-mail from EmilyStrange.com notifying you when your order has shipped.

USPS International shipping services do not have any tracking information, and are not guaranteed. Please use this service at your own risk – if delivery does not occur, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

There is no brokerage fee charged by the USPS, but customs taxes and duty fees may still apply.

PLEASE NOTE: The importation of merchandise into countries other than the U.S. may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon or after the delivery of your order. EmilyStrange.com can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order with EmilyStrange.com. If you refuse the package or provide us with an invalid shipping address, we will not offer a refund because the package will be abandoned in your country. EmilyStrange.com will not label any orders as gifts for customs purposes.

Large international orders may be asked to complete an International Billing Verification Form.

EmilyStrange.com offers United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping services. When you choose an item to purchase, the Paypal shopping cart automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges based on your order and the location it is being shipped to. Package Tracking
Sorry, no tracking information is available for USPS shipments, but you will receive an e-mail from us to let you know when your order has shipped. We can say about 99% of our orders shipped through USPS get to the customer. Something can happen with any carrier and we do our best to help resolve any problems.
