Cosmic Debris Etc., Inc. (“CDE”), is concerned about your privacy and want you to be familiar with how they collect, use and share your information. CDE collects this information when you access the one of the Cosmic Debris Web sites (the “Sites”), EmilyStrange.com, www.EmilyStrange.net, SocietyOfStrange.com, MyStrangeCat.com when you make a purchase, and when you sign up for or use the various services (the “Services”) offered on the Site. Some of this information is collected automatically and some is collected only when you provide it voluntarily. CDE operates the Sites and Services on behalf of Cosmic.
What Types of
Information Do We Collect From You?

and the pages you view on the Sites. CDE also collects

How Do We Automatically

IP Address. An IP address is a number that

you use the Internet. CDE logs your IP address when
you use the Sites or a Service. CDE uses your IP
address to track your use of the Sites and Services.
How Do We Use
Your Information?
Personally Identifiable Information. CDE
uses your Personally Identifiable Information to
send you newsletters or information that you request
and to fulfill your purchases.
Aggregate Information. CDE combines your
usage information for the Site and Service with
that of other users to determine which areas of
the Site and which Services are most popular. By
collecting and analyzing this data, CDE can improve
the Site and Services. This "Aggregate Information"
does not contain any of your Personally Identifiable

Who Do We Share Your Information With?
Aggregate Information. CDE shares Aggregate
Information with potential partners and other interested
third parties in connection with the marketing of
CDE’s products and services. However, Aggregate
Information does not include any of your Personally
Identifiable Information.
Other Sharing. CDE may also disclose your
Personally Identifiable Information if it determines
that an applicable law, regulation or legal process
requires it, or if CDE determines that it needs
to share such information to protect or enforce
CDE’s rights or the rights of another

address where you no longer wish to receive the

Parents can do any of the following by sending an
email to CDE listed above:

- request that CDE delete their child’s
personal information; or
- request that CDE stop collecting
personal information from their child by blocking
the child’s email address from areas of
the Sites and Services where Personally Identifiable
Information is collected.
Please note that CDE may require authenticity
of the parent’s identity before disclosing

What Else Should
I Know About Privacy?
Security. We maintain security measures in

CDE assume no responsibility or liability

Third Parties. CDE does not control the privacy

to the Sites or Services. If you click on a link,

to will govern the use of your information by that
Web site’s operator. CDE assume
no responsibility or liability for the actions of
such third parties with respect to their use of

If you voluntarily disclose Personally Identifiable
Information in a public area of the Sites or a Service,

and CDE will have the right to use your
