Secure Transactions

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Payment Options

E-Gift Certificates

EmilyStrange.com e-gift certificates are only redeemable at EmilyStrange.com and are valid until the end of the world. Cosmic Customer and Fan Club discounts do not apply to purchases of e-gift certificates. E-Gift certificates are non-refundable and items purchased with e-gift certificates are only returnable in exchange for another EmilyStrange.com e-gift certificate. Recipients of e-gift certificates must have e-mail and access to the World Wide Web in order to receive and redeem their online e-gift certificate.

E-Gift certificates are emailed by the next business day after purchase.

CosmicDebris.com's Domestic (US) Return Policy

Merchandise purchased domestically from CosmicDebris.com, EmilyStrange.com, OopsyDaisy.com or CosmicGirls.com can be returned for refund, E-Gift Certificate or exchange (excepting any item that is listed on our website and/or your invoice as ‘All Sales Final’) within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. Authorized returns received after 14 days from the date of authorization will only be refunded in the form of an E-Gift Certificate for use on EmilyStrange.com. All merchandise received for return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. Returns or exchanges received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Step 1.
Within 10 days of receiving your order, call CosmicDebris.com at 1-877-273-1939 (US and Canada) or e-mail orders@cosmicdebris.com to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.

Step 2.
Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be routed to the returns department. All packages without an RA# number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your RA information is issued. Merchandise received after this time will only be eligible for refund in the form of an E-Gift Certificate for use on EmilyStrange.com.

Step 3.
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.

Step 4.
You may expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.

The Return Postage Issue:
You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail or telephone using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.

Sizing Charts
Each product page has a link to exact measurements for that item - just click on the words "sizing measurements" on the product page. All of our measurements are taken with the garment lying flat, and the circumference is doubled. The most accurate way to determine which size to order is to compare our measurements to a similar item you already have and like. If you have any questions at all about sizing, please call or email - we are happy to help you find the right size.

International Orders

CosmicDebris.com currently ships to the following countries outside of the US:

We offer several options for international shipping: UPS, FEDEX, and the United States Postal Service (USPS.)

The service provided by UPS and FEDEX take from 2-5 business days in transit, depending on which service you choose. When you choose UPS Worldwide Express, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that, in addition to customs taxes and duty fees, a brokerage fee may be applied to your order upon or after delivery when you choose these services, and we have no way of calculating this fee. This charge is for the service UPS or FedEx provides in representing your goods through the customs process.

When you choose the USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International services, time in transit will be an estimated 1-4 weeks. You will receive an e-mail from CosmicDebris.com notifying you when your order has shipped.

USPS International shipping services do not have any tracking information, and are not guaranteed. Please use this service
at your own risk – if delivery does not occur, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. We highly recommend using UPS Worldwide services, which are fast, trackable, and guaranteed.


There is no brokerage fee charged by the USPS, but customs taxes and duty fees may still apply.

PLEASE NOTE: The importation of merchandise into countries other than the U.S. may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon or after the delivery of your order. CosmicDebris.com can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order with CosmicDebris.com. If you refuse the package or provide us with an invalid shipping address, we will not offer a refund because the package will be abandoned in your country. CosmicDebris.com will not label any orders as gifts for customs purposes. Package Tracking
To track via order number, click here. If you choose any of the UPS or FEDEX services, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment which will contain your tracking information. Please be on the lookout for this message! Once received, your tracking number can be entered into the UPS website (http://www.ups.com) or the FEDEX website (www.fedex.com) to track progress on your shipment. No tracking information is available for USPS shipments, but you will receive an e-mail from us to let you know when your order has shipped.
