The week of October 6th 2006 I embarked on a twelve hour drive to Salem, MA. to visit not one, but several creepy places. Enclosed is the creepiest cemetery picture I have. It was 6 a.m. when we strolled through the fog onto the property of a Ms. Rebecca Nurse a former resident of Salem in 1692. Rebecca was one of the 19 people that were wrongfully hanged during the witch trials. This cemetery is exceptionally creepy because after her body was secretly exumed from a gully near gallows hill, her children buried her body somewhere in this eerie family plot. Although the site is not marked where her body is planted, you can see the huge monument in memorial. To say the least, I am glad we toured it that early. Not only was no one else present, but the fog and rising sun made for quite the creepy ambiance!

This Is a graveyard me and my dad found in some woods on a camping trip. the graveyard was far out in the woods but rather close to our tent. one of the graves had a concrete cover on it and was busted open in one place and the coffin was less than a foot under the ground with no dirt on top at all. a rather odd thing about the other was that the words were written backwards and on some only letters were backwards. one night fell we heard noises coming from the graveyard. -Shark Bait
