Just thought I should write and tell you how pleased I was with the handling of my order, it accually felt very safe that your policy was so strict with first time custumers.

UPS phoned me on thursday afternoon, the same day that you shipped my things, and took care of all tax and custom-fees payments over the phone with my creditcard -very convinient!

At about 8.30 friday morning they phoned me again to ask for road-directions, I had the package less than 1.5h later! I`m impressed! :)

I placed another order today (order # 418799) because now I know what I´m looking for on the site so ofcourse I found some new things to buy.

I sent in a suggestion recently and was shocked (I almost fell out of my chair) when I received a personalized email from Charlotte that included her own thoughts on the matter as well as her plans to forward it to the "tech people".
